Corrections Desk

See an error? Tell us.

EscrowNotices is a public-record advisory directory. If you see a wrong date, a broken source link, a missing advisory, or a factual error, we want to know. The issuing body's publication always wins.

How to submit a correction

Email corrections@tryveto.com with the following:

  • The advisory title and issuing body from the directory
  • What is wrong (the specific field or claim)
  • What the correct information should be
  • A source link supporting the correction (the issuing body's publication)

Corrections are acknowledged within 7 days. If the correction is confirmed against the primary source (the issuing body's publication), the entry is updated in the next pipeline run.

What we correct

  • Wrong date: an entry with an incorrect publication date
  • Broken source link: a URL that no longer resolves or has moved
  • Missing advisory: a public advisory that should be in the directory
  • Wrong issuing body: an incorrect organization name
  • Wrong advisory type or severity: a type or severity that does not reflect the advisory's nature

What we do not change

We do not remove entries at the request of a named party. The entries are public records sourced from issuing body publications. If an advisory was updated after publication, we will update the entry to reflect the current version, but the original entry remains with a link to the issuing body's publication.

Source integrity

No advisory ships in the directory unless its source link resolves to the issuing body's publication. If a source link breaks, the entry is flagged and the pipeline attempts to find the new URL before removing the entry.

The office decides. Veto records the review.

EscrowNotices does not approve, certify, verify, insure, or recommend any advisory or issuing body. This is a public-record advisory directory, not legal advice.
